Bright Puzzle ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information We Collect

Bright Puzzle is designed to work without requiring an account or registration.

The App does not collect, store, or sell personal information such as:

Name

Email address

Phone number

Home address

Payment information

Photos and Images

Bright Puzzle allows you to create puzzles using photos from your device's Photos library.

Photos selected by you remain on your device and are only used to create and display puzzles within the App.

Photos are not uploaded to cloud storage unless you explicitly choose to share a puzzle challenge using the puzzle-sharing feature described below.

Puzzle Sharing

Bright Puzzle allows users to share puzzle challenges with friends.

When you choose to share a puzzle challenge, the image associated with the puzzle may be temporarily uploaded to secure cloud storage in order to make the challenge available to recipients.

Shared puzzle images are stored in a Cloudflare R2 storage bucket and are used solely to provide puzzle-sharing functionality.

The storage bucket is not publicly accessible. Shared images can only be accessed through the Bright Puzzle application using the associated challenge identifier.

Shared puzzle images are not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering puzzle challenges to recipients.

Shared puzzle images are intended to be temporary and are automatically removed on a regular basis. Users should avoid sharing sensitive, confidential, or personal images through the puzzle-sharing feature.

App Clip Experience

Bright Puzzle may provide App Clip experiences that allow users to quickly open and solve shared puzzle challenges without installing the full app.

App Clip interactions are subject to the same privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Bright Puzzle does not display third-party advertisements.

Analytics and Tracking

Bright Puzzle does not use advertising identifiers to track users across apps or websites.

Bright Puzzle does not sell user information to third parties.

If analytics or additional services are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Storage

Puzzle settings, preferences, and gameplay information may be stored locally on your device to support app functionality.

You may remove this information at any time by deleting the App.

Children's Privacy

Bright Puzzle is intended for a general audience.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Services

The App may use services provided by third parties to support functionality, including:

Apple App Clips
